Ive seen more than one very confident interview by Schumer, Amy K and Al Franken that say some form of HR1/S1 will pass. Schumer repeatedly says nothing is off the table..maybe this is it.
We cant allow manchin to be the final say..one man holding the entire country hostage..NO! Of course, that wont stop him from voting no on these major packages
