I was a rock and roll singer and musician for over 40 years. I have partied until the sun came up four days later. I have done things that a lot of you have never even heard of. Why say this? Simple. It has been my experience that those people who 'become' horrible people when they get drunk are not going through any magical metamorphosis, they are just letting what they normally keep inside free. I have seen no one 'change' when inebriated. What I see is someone who had a lot to hide socially and has now put him/herself into a situation where they have cast off any inhibitions. So, they may have been drunk, but that is just an excuse for letting the beast out and then trying to change reality because they did so. Anyone who is a mean asshat when they are drunk is a mean asshat when they are sober, some are just better practiced at hiding it.

Having said that... I agree. They are just orange gibbon worshippers...
