1. Horrific.!! K and R. I read entire article. There were vague questions about "construction &

& previous cracks in the structure that were repaired.. Clearly, in my opinion, there was "faulty construction" of that elevated portion of the track. Why and How that happened will be discovered.
....It is doubtful that the person responsible for the design flaw or faulty construction will see jail time. The blame will be passed from here to there, and from there to here, and then back again.
