for employees who do not interact with general public, wearing masks let alone social distancing in a space with other mostly vaccinated staff does not make sense anymore. Employers should ensure that unvaccinated staff is wearing masks. You bet they’ll get vaccinated in no time. That’s what it’s all about - incentivizing employees to get vaccinated. Honor system does not apply to employers, employers, in fact, ask employees to self-certify vaccination status and provide copy of cdc card to keep on file.
