What tests, and over what time period?

Why do you 'doubt' it's much better?

There's 70+ years of evidence that smoking tobacco causes cancer, emphysema/COPD, and a number of other serious conditions.

Vaping has existed for 14 years and there's currently no evidence of any deadly results. Addiction is for real, to be sure. But that's all we know for sure.

So you're guessing.
