13. I expect the field to be cleared for Shapiro

He's been setting himself up to be governor for a long time.

It's been the usual outcome that the governorship flips from D to R and visa versa every 8 years, but when Wolf was elected, it was the first time an incumbent governor (Corbett) was denied a 2nd term maybe ever. If Shapiro wins, then the 8 year D/R switch cycle would also be broken.

Don't underestimate the impact of the grand jury investigation into the Catholic Church's practice of covering up abuse either. There were a lot of victims who finally got some measure of justice. They and their families are grateful to Shapiro for that.

Then there's the 48 criminal charges Shapiro just filed against Energy Transfer, LLP, the company building the Mariner East 2 pipeline. This outfit has damaged property, wetlands, waterways, etc across the commonwealth. Affected locals, in red counties and blue, are pretty mad about it.
