How the PA Supreme Court is picked. they would basically divide the state up into districts with a Judge from each district. I'm sure the Repubs would nearly dominate the court if that change is made.

And it will be up for a vote. But state measures are placed on the primary not general election so most independents and democrats probably wouldn't even vote. That's how the Republicans roll in PA. Make sure to put things up when only their supporters usually show up.
