15. I don't think businesses are going to be pleased with that bill

I'm sure most businesses would rather have healthy, VACCINATED employees. And if I'm not mistaken, employers have to chip in for that unemployment check. It would be funny if employers started looking to relocate to a state that has very high vaccination rates - like VT!
