were they keys to this election loss. The GOP loves wedge issues, like CRT, and they work to some extent when there are no stronger issues to counterbalance them. If Joe Biden was as popular as he was in July he could have helped, but much less so now. Trump did not make a direct appearance in the state, which helped the Republican candidate. Together these factors led to the loss.
