A few years ago, I visited a Chicago Public High School for a judging project..( I was going to judge a History Fair)
As all students entered...Yes, ALL STUDENTS WERE CHECKED FOR WEAPONS BY THE POLICE, & WENT THROUGH METAL DETECTORS..

VERY EXPENSIVE FOR OVER 60 HIGH SCHOOLS...but you know the rest of the story about shootings in the
Chicago Public Schools....There ARE NO MORE STORIES!!
