That armored vehicle was part of a Russian convoy and a gun battle with the Ukrainians (outside of that video's range) was raging all around. I'm happy to report that the people in the vehicle survived and are OK. The Russian convoy Including that Russian armored vehicle, well let's just they were all neutralized. I actually saw many videos of the battle from different angles.
