for his refusal to allow Garland's SCOTUS nomination to proceed, then the hurry-up confirmation of Barrett during the lame duck session of Congress before Biden was sworn in.
Once KJB is confirmed and more comes out about the role Ginny Thomas played in the plot to overturn the election, Justice Thomas' will be on the hot seat. Won't surprise me if CJ Roberts uses the political fallout to force Thomas to resign.
