It's at $4.70 right now and it just dropped to that price 2 weeks ago. There's no incremental price drops here. It stays high and will drop suddenly after weeks and weeks of price gouging.

Oil companies use the "zone pricing" excuse. Apparently our "zone" deserves to pay 50 cents more per gallon that the next, neighboring "zone" less than 10 miles away. I imagine that 50 cents per gallon covers the cost of trucking the gas those 10 extra miles.

50 cents per gallon multiplied by 3,000 gallons equals $1,500.00 to haul that gas 10 more miles. Sure, the Math works out there, right?
