this is outrageous, and this is broad daylight kidnapping.

Western countries have to deport these "foreign agents" and revoke their citizenship if they have one ASAP. This is like Red Guards grabbing and beating someone in China, the difference is that this is in the UK. It won't really be any different in other EU countries or in the US, Canada, Australia etc. because the governments of western countries atm just care about the capital and real estate investment coming from rich Chinese. It'll be too late when the general population realizes that they have Pro-CCP militias patrolling their streets, lynching anybody who dares to criticize the CCP.
