3. The Russian report of an unsuccessful drone boat attack was absolutely true at the time.

It was prematurely released one second before the fourth boat successfully attacked the ship. The ensign who accidentally extinguished his cigarette on the button that released the report will be severely reprimanded.

Honest mistake. Honestly. Cross my heart. Just ask the Russian Ministry of Defense. They will not lie to you.
