35. Yes! We see through a mirror darkly. We simply see the performance. As an actor, it's what happens

behind the curtain that is far more entertaining to me. Trump, like Hitler and Goebbels (and Putin), is a frustrated (and talentless) artist. They make the world their stage. It's hard to tell the actors from the audience (which is the real magic in this theater of the absurd). I can't say I suspect CH of being an actor, at least not at first. To which troupe does she belong? The thing is, historically, time itself is the enemy of any performance. The theater changes, the script changes, the actors change, and it's impossible to keep a show going forever. I think Trump's final act played out on January 6. But, like all megalomaniacs, he can't let go of the thrill. Nor can he believe he ended being the antagonist rather than the protagonist. So, he has fashioned a sequel. Yes, there are the rare examples of sequels that surpass the original (Godfather II, Empire Strikes Back). But these are one in a million and this current performance is more like Pumpkinhead II.

I totally exhausted and tortured that metaphor! Suffice to say I agree with you're suspicion. Someday, many years from now, I believe this current American Saga will be our greatest story, surpassing the Civil War, the World Wars, our original sin, and the Pax Americana. We are living through an age that will define the world for the next and most important era for humans. I hope we have the spittle for it.

Did I go too far? LOL! Pour me a drink and let's talk about it!

Peace
