The courts are functioning, but SCOTUS is whitewashing lower court decisions. DOJ is out of the game. No longer functional. How do you combat criminal acts at the federal level without DOJ to prosecute. FBI neutered. No investigations, no data, no facts to prosecute. Are grand juries meeting? They need input. There is none.

This is dissolution of a working governmental order. Reminds me of the chaos detailed in John Reed's chronicle of the Russian Revolution, 1917 "Ten Days That Shook The World". As World War I ground on, suddenly everyone failed to support the existing government. Paralysis, power vacuum, and in swept the Marxists. In chaos, anarchy, paralysis, those with a plan and the power to back it up, win.
