Don't care where...don't care how...instead of raging against the poor -- unless they are mostly white (looking at you meth heads) -- let's gp after the uber rich drug users

Ketamine, cocaine -- let's start there. Make those penalties the same as crack cocaine. Just saying

Let Mango Mussolini be really tough on crime and go after people who are misusing Adderol and other ADHD stimulants.
