2. What a stupid asshole. It's not "legal" at Coors Field. It's in their rules.

SMOKING

Denver City Ordinance 655 prohibits smoking in Coors Field except in designated smoking areas. Smoking medical marijuana is prohibited in all areas of Coors Field. All seating areas are classified as non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are marked by yellow lines and are located below:

GATES
* Outside of each main entry gate
* A re-entry hand and ticket stamp must be obtained prior to exit for re-entry

WELLS FARGO CLUB
* Outdoor terrace behind sections 214-216 (after the start of the game)
* Outside entrance behind section 247

SUITE LEVEL
* Wells Fargo Club terraces
* Outside Suite Level, left-field corner of suite entrance, across from Suite 56

UPPER CONCOURSE
* Behind sections 302, 321, 347 and near the Clocktower

MEZZANINE (blah blah blah........)



Basically, what he's doing is encouraging the Colorado legislature to limit where the substance can be ingested.

If he really wanted to do weed at a damn Rockies game, he should have brought some brownies with him.
