It's living with others that has them baffled.

Not to rant, but this editorial is representative of a very common American malaise, that of arrogance so extreme as to boggle the mind. The world should just fall in line and do what we tell them, because we're America. In this, Mr Trump is the pure, distilled essence, but Republicans in general and GOP politicians and pundits in particular have it in barrel-strength amounts.
