6. first step...no more Dark Money

Because of SCOTUS it is hard to limit the amount of money in politics. However, following their argument that money is free speech, then whoever donates money should have their name made public. If they don't allow their names becoming published, then that is not free speech, that is graft, bribe, or simply labeled as 'second hand gossip'.
