Biden faces a race against the clock for U.S. to rejoin Iran nuclear deal

1. Biden and his cabinet can speak to leaders and diplomats right now.

Remember, Mike Flynn's crime wasn't conducting business with foreign leaders/ambassadors, etc... It was lying about what he discussed to the F.B.I. And his real mistake was interacting with people who were already part of counterintelligence investigations and then lying about it.

Maybe by getting out in front of any damaging things Trump might try, and by negotiating directly with his foreign counterparts, we can avoid some full-out disasters.

(I'm definitely thinking of Iran, but he could speak to anybody)
