make the thought completely normal and ok and even a valid idea, never mind the missing evidence.

They didn't do this for the 2000, or 2004 elections, I recall that the Democratic were labeled lunatics for even suggesting there had been malfeasance and voter suppression and unwarranted ballot disqualifications and all the usual conservative/Republican tools.

Edit to add, off and on today I listened to the regional NPR outlet and every time I had the radio on while I was in the car, no matter what the topic, the phrase, voter fraud and or election fraud was used sometimes just before or just a topic would be introduced under the guise of, election update.
