13. It depends on how you define''FAIL.''

- If by failure you mean he didn't to his job properly, well yes. But he did do as he was told or he wouldn't have gotten the job in the first place, nor kept it for so long either, right?

But hey, don't count him out yet. There's still time left for things to get worse in other federal departments, like energy (nukes!) or the SEC (another stock market income adjustment) or even the CDC could expose some more people to anthrax or maybe even Ebola!

And at least in the end we all know that Mr. Holder will make a soft landing on several Boards of corporations that he's protected kept from prosecuting while he was in office. And so that's all that really matters.
