It happens all the time. The "old boy's club" can't be bothered to listen to women of ANY color. What could they possibly have to say that's the least bit meaningful? Swapping recipes, perhaps? Sharing pictures of their grand children? We're MANLY men, doing MANLY things, in a MANLY way! Now scurry off little lady. The MEN have business to attend to!

What raging scumbags. He puts on his best (and worst) "I'm deeply hurt by what you said" face. He was about as convincing as a Spicer press conference.
