13. Trickle down theory was from the Great Depression era

Which was the "horse and sparrow" theory that led to the panic of 1896. Reagan's people just rebranded the old trickle down theory "supply side economics" but they have been pushing trickle down since the 1920s and Truman's administration the Know nothing congress. Truman ripped it apart in his State of the Union.

The difference is Republicans are hardly pretending about tax cuts being good for the middle class anymore.
