"Michelle Wolf's polarizing jokes at the White House Correspondents' Dinner may not have won her any fans in the White House, but they sure won over the internet.

The "Daily Show" comedian landed the No. 1 spot on The Hollywood Reporter's list of top comedians on social media dated May 9, or, the week and a half after she took the stage as host of the annual dinner.

This marks the 32-year-old comedian's first time cracking the list, which includes the most popular comedians on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Google Plus, according to THR. Results are based on a combination of social engagement and new followers and subscribers.

As of Saturday morning, Wolf has amassed 515,000 followers on Twitter, up at least 200,000 from last Sunday, and two of her last three tweets each earned more than 250,000 likes."
