We need to change the the standards to be a cop and require a 4 year degree in criminal justice with a thorough psychological analysis before being issued a weapon and hitting the streets. It will cost the taxpayer more, but we will be safer with a smarter more mentally stable police force.

Until then, we're going to keep getting these ignorant racist George Zimmerman mental midget types in the police force and innocent people are going to get hurt or killed.
