Presidential candidate gave to the question "What will you do about the increasing numbers of homeless people in the country?"
GHB used that statement to dance around the issue. After inauguration he made a speech called the "1000 points of light" speech.
The "1000 point of light" foundation is GHB's eventual contribution of some sort to volunteerism.
Of course, the shit-storm in chief now would run his mouth without knowing any of this, at all.
