Re: the iPhones. I just found out over the T-giving break that my 12 year old nieces (and their 14 yr old brother and 16 year old sister) all have iPhone 11's. I was like, WTF? I asked my niece about it and she said, "Well it's not the i11 Pro Max". Arghhhhh! 
I have an iPhone 8 and I work for a living. I didn't want to say anything to my sister and her husband, but I thought this was ridiculous. They are KIDS!
This is why I am only giving them $20 each for X-mas. They are too spoiled and I can't afford it. Plus they never appreciate what I give them. Sorry for the rant. I was just furious that they were so pampered at that age. I just can't keep up with these people.
