3. I don't see how just inciting can be worst than planning with the insurrectors

If the SOB does not get jail time for his crimes then USA Democracy will become a joke, bot only internationally but in the USA. Why should any citizen believe in USA Democracy when thugs like trump, his family, and the many republicans can be proven guilty but the DOJ lets them go...How is that different from a banana republic? How is it different form a Taliban regime? or a Kim Jun Un rule where he breaks the law anyway he wants but there is no one to make him accountable.

How is that different???

This is beyond tragic if the SOB doesn't get his time in an orange suit.
