I think enough has already been uncovered by people who have spoken to the January 6th Committee that they can seek an indictment for Trump. Maybe a grand jury has already been convened for it. I hope so. He needs to be indicted before the first of the year and be on trial in early 2022. Time is on his side, so don't give him any.
