because you could find it just about anyplace just growing wild.

Of course, since both male and female plants grew in the same place in ditches, the plants have almost no
THC in them.

Being kids, we would try to smoke it anyway... never got even a little high from it, but we pretended anyway.

Nobody owns it, nobody "grows" it.
