Because frankly, I doubt anyone can get enough Repugs to go along with expelling that cretin once sworn in - no matter what the circumstances!

On the other hand, Santos would be a living, breathing embarrassment for the House GOPee - day in, and day out.

As they say, God has a sense of humor - and works in mysterious ways.
