2. I found the show, but couldn't get it to play in the US

Netflix carries alot of BBC series...and I also find alot of BBC series on YouTube (of course they're usually a few years old)

There is a six part BBC series, "The Story of India", which is very well done.

There was also a documentary (not BBC) called, "Children of the Pyre"..about kids who work at Varanasi.
