Specifically:
1.) the Blanc-Café from Café-Tasse in Belgium, which is white chocolate with finely ground coffee running through it.
2.) the huge squares of white Chocolate by Läderach of Switzerland ($100 a kilo, enjoy it SLOWLY!!), one variation with raspberries and black currant running through it, and the other variation with toasted almonds, shelled pistachios and bits of orange and untreated orange rind running through it.
I'll live 5 years less long for this stuff, but what a way to go!
