2. We went to see BB King play once

in a club when we were living in St Joseph, MO. He passed by our table before starting his set on his way to/from the bar and he spoke to me ! Made my night since at the time I was the mother of two small children and it did wonders for my ego to know that I could still draw attention when I got dressed up for a night out.

He really was a legend in his own time.
