Queen innuendo and shrimp and grilled cheese for breakfast [View all]

Sitting here with our grandson he loves shrimp peeled minus cocktail sauce. Although he wants to dip his shrimp as he saw me I had to say no, The golden retriever is hanging with us as well as he also is a big fan of shrimp. I woke up this morning around 0400 and I could see our grandson leaning sleeping on my wife she had a arm around him he was standing up torso his little legs and diaper bum leaning over my wife’s side and a golden retriever muzzle touching him I smiled.

I went up to check on him awhile ago and he was awake. I said mister you ready to get this day started and he reaches for me I took that as a yes. So I cleaned him up and slapped on a fresh diaper, and made his two favorites grilled cheese and shrimp.

So we were listening to innuendo and I’m rambling telling our fourteen month old grandson. This is a album of tragedy I can hear and feel Freddie Mercury’s fear and desperation. Oh it’s much to early for this child, so I started telling him about how fortunate I was that a friend of mine. That I played guitar with he was from Giessen west Germany a civilian, and I was in a infantry battalion stationed at the rock. And my friend had tickets to see queen in Munich in 1986. And my friend a good friend actually him and his wife invited me and that is how grandfather became a queen fan, This child is a great listener.
