...ALWAYS lightly oil a skillet and heat left over pizza on the stove top. The crust will be even more crispy than when you first cooked it and yummy!!... and you can even create that charred look like the stone oven baked pizzas. I learned that tip from TED on the original Queer Eye. Thats the only way our family will ever eat left over pizza. Now i want some left over skillet heated pizza.
