And that this planet has never been 'visited' by intelligent life, ever.

There might one day be discovered some type of very primitive alien life, like tardigrades (something that somehow has drifted through space) but that's as far as I'd give any credit to.

If there was a real 'story' about 'alien tech' being discovered, the governments of the world would not be able to keep it hidden.
