4. This will be the first holiday season in memory I won't bake a ham.

Baked ham has always been a regular at holiday gatherings. I am uncomfortable
with what I have been hearing and reading about conditions at at pork packing
plants. This year we will try salmon instead. I'm sure the Pilgrims ate fish, so it
should still be a traditional dinner.
