No issues on 1 or 2 other than soreness at the injection site. But, the 1st injection hurt. I felt nothing on the 2nd injection. I asked about this and was told that the 2nd was the final dose from the vial and had warmed up. The person said the 1st was probably still cold (although they do let them warm up a bit before use) and was more viscous due to the lower temp. She said the 1st (colder) would have been a different "user experience".

I can't say that all of this is true although I have no reason to question the opinion of an expert. What I can say is that the 2nd (warmer) injection was much faster. The 1st definitely took longer and was painful all the way through.
