1. I'm calling bs on the original SSN flag.

DL isn’t going to talk to the SSN office and neither is the bureau of vital statistics. From what I’ve read it looks like you have to apply for a name change in person. I have no idea what covid did to that whole process but 6 months seems extreme. I didn’t see anything about it being “flagged” during the process.
