3. Honestly I base my delivery tips at about 75% of the delivery difficulty and 25% on price of order

If I'm a driver I really don't care if it's 1 bag or 2 bags of 'stuff', I care how long it takes to get from A to B, how frustrating it might be or not be, how much time in traffic, etc.

So if I order a $10 thing from 6 miles away (which I very much avoid) I'll tip 'em $5 to bring it. But if I ordered a $100 meal from .5 miles away, I'd probably give 'em the same $5.

I don't really see how the cost of the meal is all that relevant, frankly.
