3. Selfishness, ego, fears, self-preservation will always be with us because they are byproducts of the

human brain's purpose of self-preservation. But Mind is paranormal, more than brain activity. Out of body experiences. Verifiable information that a Mind has survived a previous existence/death. Remote viewing. So, Mind must be influenced by at least one other source of activity that extends beyond the brain, including death.

That is not to say that everyone has a Mind equally balanced in its influencing agents. Love of guns, violence comes from the brain since those are self-preservation related. Fear of other races or other races benefiting more than one's own race...the self concerned brain again. Cancelling social security, medicare, food assistance are all fine to the Mind satisfied that its human is okay... brain again. In these people, their Minds are controlled by the brain impulses and the paranormal source is too minimal to exert influence.

But such people could be influenced by their society to some extent. Unfortunately, modern news and social media allow the creation of societies within our culture which appeal to Mind's brain level values.
That's our greatest challenge to cultural improvement and churches aren't doing the job.
