Wondering if this might be a weekly topic.
I got overcharged for an item that was supposed to be on sale. I think they tag the shelves with sale prices but don't adjust the scanning system until hours later or end of day. This at Aldi. Also Aldi bread was about 2/3 regular size. Not the length of the bread, the size of the slice.
Have not seen Edy's Ice Cream here in regional markets in over a year, though have not checked Wegman's because it's too far away. Edy's has slow-churned, was formerly tagged as Edy's Grand. I need ice cream without gums and no HF corn syrup!
Stable shelf milk 1% separates. No matter how much I shake it the fat precipitates to the bottom of the container and pours out at the end.
Cereal boxes are shrinking but fully filled. That's a new idea, though the resize is in its infancy.
What got your attention at the grocery store?
