7. The Madame Blanc TV series is lovely. My family has watched it for what will be 4 seasons now.

The series is filmed in Gozo, Malta. Ran across this post about the filming locations trying to find out when the rest of season 4 would drop on Acorn TV, the original channel that commissioned and aired the series. There's a Christmas episode and then usually the rest of new season starts in January. This year the rest of the season drops on July 7th on Acorn TV. Really long wait this year.
