20. A cop pulled me over for doing 59 in a 55 the other day

That's the only thing I've hated lately. A few years back I was pulled over for doing 70 in a 65 in the same state and shortly after that for doing 81 in a 75 in Arizona. With the four over and five over I was just tooling along trying to make a little time. When you're going 300 or 500 miles it makes a difference. For the six over I had the cruise set at 75 and then went down a big hill and built up speed. I didn't realize it until it was too late and there was a cop sitting at the bottom of the hill.

I probably would not have been pulled over any of those times had I not been driving a large commercial vehicle. If I was just out there cruising around in my Honda I'm sure I'd get a pass on that stuff. To be fair to the cops they all let me go with a warning, but there's this new thing called CSA. I'm not sure what that stands for, but it basically keeps track of truckers' violations even if they were not ticketed. If you have a violation you get points. Get so many points and you're out of a job and probably won't be able to find another one for a while.
