the lowers are more difficult all the way around. I know what you mean about the tolerance and patience - dealing with the frustration of all this doesn't leave much room for things like tolerance.

I am still on cream of wheat and yogurt at a week. Hope this isn't like this forever.

Are you doing the thing where you drink warm water (or warm salt water), keep it in your mouth and shake your head back and forth to try to dislodge the particles?
