6. Noisy kids.

Six months after I moved a foreign family with four little boys age
seven and under moved right above me. It was hell for a year and
a half till they finally got evicted. They were going to move into a
house anyway.

The mother was very very lazy. The father did everything with
those kids, but he wasn't around that much, and when he was, he
couldn't control them. They all shared one room right above mine,
and they'd be up till all hours because they ate a terrible diet full
of junk food and caffeine.

Early on I told the dad to stop feeding them Mountain Dew and junk
food. He said their school told him the same thing, but.... He was
nice but ineffective.

That was my nightmare, but everything's fine now.
